Tourism Fee AED 20 is applicable per night and is payed by guests directly upon check-out.

NEW YEAR POLICY

No check-out is allowed on 30,31 st December and 1st January.

Compulsory New Year Gala Dinner is on 31st December.

MEAL

For Half Board packages lunch or dinner can be availed.

Dinner on 31st December will be offered as Lunch.

Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner on 24th December

Compulsory Christmas Lunch on 25th December

Compulsory Easter Lunch on 05th April 2026

ACCOMMODATION FEATURES

Baby cot will be provided on complimentary basis and subject to availability.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY

• Check-in time: 14:00

• Check-out time: 12:00.

Early check-in from 9:00 AM onwards can be provided, however, subject to availability.

Check-in time earlier than 9:00 AM shall be booked from the previous day.

Check-out until 6:00 PM shall be subject to 50% of the total room rate.

Check-out after 6:00 PM shall be subject to a one night room rate.

For early check-in or late check-out that is paid by the hotel guest and not covered by the Tour Operator’s voucher, ''the Best Available Rate'' of the day will be applicable and paid directly by the guest securing rate confidentiality.
